****Service fee of $150 applies as a minimum charge for all services
Delivery Costs:
● Delivery included up to 8 yards.
● Additional yards will incur extra delivery fees. These fees are per trip, regardless of amount.
○ Worcester – $80
○ One town surrounding – $100
○ Two towns surrounding – $120
● Construction Equipment Delivery: $350 round trip
Mowing & Lawn Maintenance Price List
*All prices include disposal costs.
Mowing Service:
● Includes mowing of property, edging property, minor weedwacking where mowers do not fit, and
blowout of walkways and driveway
Spring / Fall Lawn Clean Up Price List
*Prices include disposal costs.
**Minimum of 4 hours
Spring Clean Up:
● Includes minor tree trimming, shrub trimming, and basic garden maintenance (not including materials)
with mowing
Fall Clean Up:
● Includes leaf removal and final mowing
Disposal Costs:
● Based on maximum payload limit of trucks
○ $75/yd – no branches, tree parts, or brush (up to 5 yards)
○ $95/yd – brush and tree limbs (up to 5 yards)
○ $120/yd – cement walkways (up to 3 yards)
○ $160/yd – misc. yard waste
Seasonal Property Maintenance Services Price List
*Season runs from April 1 – October 1
Property Maintenance:
● Includes minor tree trimming, shrub trimming, and basic garden maintenance (not including materials)
● Includes leaf cleanup and removal
● Includes mowing of property, edging property, minor weedwacking where mowers do not fit, and
blowout of walkways and driveway
● Mulch refresh is up to 5 yards of client’s choice of mulch color
